Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the delivery date provided that the goods are not altered.
Returned items may not be altered in any way. For Follea that includes:
• NO cutting of the lace front
• Inclusion of ALL tags originally affixed to the piece
• Returned in its original, unused, perfect and sellable condition
• Returned in its original packaging and FOLLEA box
Daniel Alain shall be the sole arbitrator to determine if the piece has been altered in any way from its original condition and if it’s returnable.
Daniel Alain provides a complimentary pre-paid mailing label in your package to attach to the outside of your return FedEx package. We recommend using the pre-paid label which provides tracking and insurance for your package.
Daniel Alain will not assume responsibility for reimbursement in the event the package is lost, stolen, damaged or mishandled 1) Prior to acceptance by FedEx when using the pre-paid label provided by Daniel Alain or 2) in the event that the pre-paid label provided by Daniel Alain is not used for the return shipment.

If you choose to mail your return without the provided pre-paid label, we highly recommend insuring the product for the full value as Daniel Alain will NOT assume financial responsibility for returned items that are lost, stolen or damage when not shipped with the provided pre-paid mailing label.
If the conditions are met, Daniel Alain will refund you the full amount of the returned item. Refund may take 5-7 business days from day of receipt.
Exchanges can be accepted within 7 days from delivery date and accepted for full value.

Simply return the unused portion of INTACT with proof of purchase (receipt/online invoice). Only one refund per customer is allowed. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We offer FREE shipping in the continental US for any online orders over US $20. Orders under US $20 will ship with a flat-rate fee of $5.95. Our standard shipping method is FedEx 2-Day.
You may pay extra for expedited shipping. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can only be sent via FedEx standard shipping. Daniel Alain does not ship to freight forwarding companies or export agents. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. These options are listed at check out.
Your order will arrive approximately 3-5 business days from date of shipping. All orders, placed after noon PST will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method.

Yes, Daniel Alain does ship our Wigs and Topettes internationally. Purchaser is responsible for VAT and duty charges. We DO NOT currently ship Intact Anti Hair Shedding Treatment internationally.
